The team of pediatric professionals at One Parker use state-of-the-art technology for all our procedures, allowing us to detect dental concerns at early stages, treat dental issues with precision, maximize your convenience, and eliminate trace carbon and chemical waste. Our technology includes:
- Digital Radiography (X-rays). Dental radiographs have long been an essential diagnostic tool for the evaluation of oral health. Even with a thorough visual clinical examination, there are often conditions that only x-rays can detect, such as: tooth decay, bone loss, cracks in teeth or fillings, infections, cysts, and even cancer. Traditional x-rays require film radiographs to capture images and chemicals to develop them. With our digital x-rays, images are captured with an electronic sensor and instantly viewable on the computer screen, with 90% less radiation exposure to our patients. Even better, our digital x-ray system creates high-resolution images that we can easily enhance to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and determine the very best course of treatment.
- Automated appointment confirmation via text and/or email. Our office is proud to offer you the choice to communicate with us via email or text in addition to traditional methods, using an automated, safe, and HIPAA compliant system. Through this system, our patients can choose to receive an email appointment reminder 21 days before the scheduled appointment and then a confirmation email 4 days prior the appointment. If you prefer, you can even get a text message 2 hours prior to your appointed time with us. That means you can simply confirm with a click of a button or even ask us a question or request to reschedule if necessary. We did all of this to make it even easier to be part of One Parker, with your convenience in mind.
- Processing your insurance benefits: Electronic Claim Submission. We are happy to submit your dental insurance claims electronically on your behalf. The turnaround time on electronic claims is much, faster than paper submission and we’ve found that fewer claims are returned, denied, or lost in the mail. That means you are more quickly reimbursed for your child's dental services.
