PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment Information:
- Payment for your dental visits is expected at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been previously made.
- We gladly accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card).
- The responsible party is considered to be the adult accompanying a patient or the parent or guardian, and is responsible for full payment at the time of service. When there is a shared custody agreement between parents, the parent accompanying the child will be responsible for the full payment.
Financing Options:
We understand that you may not have dental insurance and that the recommended treatment may not be a benefit of your insurance plan. As a service to our patients, we offer special financing with monthly payments that can fit comfortably into your budget. Upon request and pre-approval, you can start treatment immediately.
