Lilly – Front Desk/Appointment Coordinator
Originally from Seattle, Lilly moved to California to attend Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in Information Systems. As part of the administrative team, she’s one of the first friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk. Whether its helping parents navigate insurance, coordinating appointments, or supporting the daily flow of the office, Lilly is passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors.
When she’s not at work, she can be found catching up on the year’s Best Picture nominees (a tradition she never misses), exploring new restaurants across San Francisco, watching a Giants game, or getting lost in a good book at one of her favorite parks.
Max – Front Desk/Appointment Coordinator
Max joined our team in February of 2025. He is originally from Southern California, but moved to San Francisco for college in 2017 and thankfully found a permanent home here. Max thoroughly enjoys working in an environment that is essential to the local community, and helping families with their children’s smiles is the perfect place for him to do so! On the weekends he enjoys trying out new coffee shops, playing softball, and exploring all that San Francisco has to offer.
Nancy - Front Desk/Appointment Coordinator
Nancy was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She immigrated to San Francisco during the early 1980s and grew up in the City. She is a huge Disney fan with Ariel being her favorite Disney Princess and strives to visit all the Disney Parks in the world! On her days off, she loves relaxing with a good book in her hand.
Carla - Marketing Coordinator
Carla has been with our office since 2005. You will often hear families sharing their personal stories and their children's future plans with Carla, as she has grown to know them so well throughout the years. As our Marketing Coordinator, she oversees our social media and website, keeping our families in the know of all the special events happening at the office. She enjoys early morning runs and is part of an all-tennis family, which includes her husband, two children and two dogs.
